I'm writing a book about morning TV -- about "Today," "G.M.A." and the other morning shows that collectively set the nation's breakfast table every day.

Called "The Top Of The Morning," it's slated for release in 2013.

After more than 6 months, back to the 4am wake-up call. #realtimerehearsals --@chrislicht, the producer of the new CBS morning show, on Jan. 4, the first day that the show was rehearsed at 7 a.m. as if it were live.
